Course content
• Developing a correct and balanced seat
• Establishing a consistent connection with the horse's mouth
• Utilizing half-halts to encourage engagement
• Incorporating lateral movements to supple and engage the horse
• Implementing transitions within and between gaits
• Adjusting the tempo and stride length to promote engagement
• Practicing exercises to improve impulsion and collection
• Maintaining relaxation and suppleness throughout the warm-up
